And that you should hit me up sometime to let me know how it’s going

And you say, that you’re terribly sorry about all this

And then you say to me

Don’t you have anything to say in response?

And then I think, ok fine, before you leave, I’ll say something

And please don’t be up in arms when everything’s all fucked up

And you miss me

And maybe that’s what I wish I would’ve said

But I didn’t

In reality I only wanted to tell you that I haven’t forgiven you

I guess you could say that I’m just not right in the head

And I promise you that the next time we happen to see each other

It’s going to be terribly awkward

Because this whole “say something” thing…
